Do you take insurance?
At Recovered and Restored we want to be able to give you the most
comprehensive, compassionate care. Therefore we do not take insurance so we
do not have to be limited to the stipulations by the insurance companies. We are
able to provide documentation if you have out-of-network benefits to receive
potential reimbursement.
We are not responsible for checking your out-of-network plan however we are
always happy to help try to navigate this process if we can.
All payment is due at the time of service.
Do you provide support for families?
Yes!! We absolutely do provide support for families and are honored to do so!!
We have a family therapist and parent coach available to meet your needs. Our
family services director Becc Leatherman has been in the field for over 20 years

Is online therapy effective for treatment?
Yes, online therapy is incredibly effective for treatment. This allows for clients and
their loved ones to be in the comfort of their homes while receiving our services.
This allows us to have the privilege of coming into their homes virtually every
week. We have seen great success with our clients since we transferred

Whom do we serve?
At Recovered and Restored it is our privilege to treat those of all genders, races,
religions, and ethnicities!! We are proud allies of the LGBTQ+ community and are
fat-positive providers. We treat those ages 12 and up and their families and loved
ones if desired. We believe all people are worthy of the absolute best care and
even more importantly worthy of healing!
What services do we provide besides outpatient?
At Recovered and Restored we provide individual therapy, group therapy, family
therapy, parent coaching, meal coaching, and individualized acute outpatient.
We also offer community presentations to spread eating disorder awareness. We
are passionate about teaching others and believe in education and empowerment
can save lives!
What is individualized RD acute outpatient?
Individualized acute outpatient is for clients who may be in need of a higher level
of care but don’t feel ready to make the commitment. Individualized acute
outpatient allows for the least restrictive form of care while receiving intensive
services. If a client qualifies for acute outpatient they will see our therapist 2 to 3
times a week as well as our nutritionist 2 to 3 times a week if desired work with
our family therapist 1-2 times per week. This service is not for everyone only very
few clients may need it however, we truly desire to meet our clients where they
are at and will do our best to make this program accessible!
What is our success rate?
Although we do not know our exact success rate we strongly believe that healing
is possible and have had many clients successfully recover!! Our greatest
testament to recovery however is our own personal recovery journeys. Every
clinician at Recovered and Restored is personally recovered and believes
deeply in their hearts that everyone is worthy of being free from their eating
disorder or disordered eating.
